Thank you for shopping with Dee Patterson Hair Extensions. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly due to high demand.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available from our Boronia Heights salon by prior arrangement. Please contact us via email or DM to request pickup and confirm availability. Please make sure you’re booking in a time for pick up and not just turning up.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
6. Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping may incur an additional charge.
